Enjoyable stay in Sataya paradise

We were impressed by the quality of the food - in particular, pizza restaurant, Italian restaurant, and daily freshly made pasta in the common restaurant. Also, the morning omelet was simple yet very tasty as well as seafood. Another big highlight is the animation team who made our stay unforgettable. There were always some activities like beach volleyball or aquaerobics for us to participate in. On top of that evening shows in the amphitheater were really impressive - much more professional than we expected and with a great variety of genres. the most impressive though was the Entertainment Manager (Mister Toto) who performed dangerous but spectacular tricks himself on multiple shows. Overall the personnel and other guests were very polite and friendly. Waiters were always helpful and attentive to our wishes. They even danced a traditional local dance with my partner on her birthday, which made us very happy at that moment.

There were some minor things that could be improved: it was clear that the shampoo dispenser was missing in the bathroom, also some tiles in the room were not properly attached to the floor.

Avarage level but still good value for money.

The green areas, the size of the room and the cleaning, the beach, the Alpiclub staff (special greetings to Bea!!) Food is avarage but still there are a lot of options. We loved the flat bread, the veggies.

The third bed was really uncomfortable. The restaurant is so ugly without any style. A company cantine looks better. Very poor grout selection. No possibility to buy a good quality of alcoholic drinks. SPA very expensive. Diving pnd snorkeling trips pretty poor and expensive

We really enjoyed our stay in Sataya. Everything was perfect for us. All the members are helpful and polite. There is nothing that we can complain about. Plenty of delicious and tasty food; including seafood, Arabic, Italian & loads of yummy desserts.They offer a free dinner in the Italian restaurant and pizza in the sea front restaurant. Our room was spacious, cleaned, and very comfortable. We had much fun with the entertainment team, and really liked the Egyptian show in our last night. The structure is fantastic, especially for children. There is a dive shopping, where we could book our package, wirh a resonable price. The coral reef in front is awesome for snorkelling. We strongly recommend Sataya. Defo, we will be back.

Good

We both like the architecture of the hotel, the well kept garden and the easy-going atmosphere around pools. We are swimming lovers and the Coral reef was great on both sides.. We could easily go every day out of the bay watched Area without problems. We also appreciated the daily variety of the fish in the buffets.

Quality of the cocktails is not the same everywhere in the bars. Some members of the international animation don't have enough sports skills and competences in what they do. Many times the beef meat was too hard and chewy.

A most enjoyable and relaxing week spent at Sataya

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, always smiling and always willing to help

The umbrella in front of our room was broken, as were a number of other umbrellas in front of the adjoining rooms. The resort needs a bit of TLC and money spent on repairs.

Perfect Autumn Break

Sataya is a big resort, distances are very feasible from main building to the beach. Staff is extremely pleasant and the structure extremely curated. Gardens are amazing! Beach is good with lots beach umbrellas and sun beds. In this period we always found a place. Coral reef is good (not the best you can visit in the Red Sea) but is perfect for a walking distance snorkelling.

Food too much repetitive but it is ok for 1 week. I’d suggest to improve desserts.. almost all testing the same only colours was changing.

Exceptional

Exceeded our expectations. Room equivalent to 5* hotel. Food very good and all the fruits vegetables,salads were fresh. We had a very comfortable stay.

The staff in the kids club are very unprofessional and not trained to deal with kids..both the Italian and Egyptian. They ignore kids and don't engage with them properly. Take pictures of kids without parent permission. Snorkeling at hotel beach is ok but not the best.

Very Good

The reef contains good variety of fish. Some guests saw a sea turtle but unfortunately I didn't. The hotel has many facilities. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious.

-The food quality and variety especially the dessert. -The sea is Rocky with a big distance of very shallow water.

A beautiful experience

The staff were helpful and friendly. Clean, newly furnished rooms, very clean beach and pools, the water park and the lazy river were amazing, the kids had loads of fun! The food and drinks are everywhere! with wide variety and tasty. But the most amazing thing you can find there is the exotic, incredible sea life you can find there, hundreds of colourful fish that you can only sea at the aquarium, the children even saw “Dory!:)” and they were delighted! Thank you Sataya for this lovely vacation, and a special thanks to “ Alhasan” from the reservation department who helped us to book this trip and provided us with the transportation from and to the airport, and special thx as well to the amazing waiters and chefs that worked really hard and made sure everyone was happy.

The beach is not for swimming, it’s very rocky and full of shells and holes and starfish and other sea creatures “ which is amazing to explore!” But as I said not for swimming, a suitable beach slippers or shoes is a must. The playing area had no lights, it was extremely dark and we had to open our phones lights to light the area for the children, and its not enjoyable at the morning because of the hot weather and strong sun.

Really everything is amazing, staff , rooms,pool,beach, foods ... atmosphere is really wonderful....you will find anything you need, relaxing which is so far from the traffic like any other place, I am really exited from the natural mixing will all type of comfortably... You will find someone very professional is called Mr.Ahmed samir he give me all the support and helps from our starting point in cairo till I arrived to marsa allam... I recommend it for anyone .. but the main problem from this trip is the distance which is so far but it deserves

Stuff was so so so great Aqua was so fun I like the width of resort

No variaty in food,no snacks at pool,snacks of beach need more types,distance from beach to restaurant is so far,i made a deal with photogropher to make a session to my daughter for her birthday,he wasted my time for 3 hours then when i looked to the photos next day ,i found a disaster,he offered to make another session but i refused because i founded that he is not qualified for this job

The hotel was new the rooms was clean and the food was amazing The main pool is nice and big And the coral and sea life is very nice

First The annotation team program was very weak The snacks times is totally wrong plumbing sound and smell in the bathroom The pool rules was not followed and people swim with their suits on I have pictures but for data privacy i do not wish ti share Room service took something from my room without getting back to me as it was prohibited (shisha) not cool even if we solve it nice but should not happen The lazy river floaters are extra charge ??? Very annoying No sand beach to play in
