Exceeded our expectations. Room equivalent to 5* hotel. Food very good and all the fruits vegetables,salads were fresh. We had a very comfortable stay.

The staff in the kids club are very unprofessional and not trained to deal with kids..both the Italian and Egyptian. They ignore kids and don't engage with them properly. Take pictures of kids without parent permission. Snorkeling at hotel beach is ok but not the best.

Food variety was great Most of the food was tasty Bars were all working and have all the options you need Room was AMAZING!!!! some of the staff was friendly and some weren't Loved the sea ???????? place to snorkel place to just enjoy the water and a place to dive and snorkel in deep blue water Loved their ice cream

Pools weren't heated it was kinda freezing in the middle of the day ,got better at the end of the day Pools close at 6:30 not sunset and sea closes I guess by 5 or something so it doesn't stay till sunset Aqua park opens only 4 hrz a day not the whole day Italian chef was rude he had a terrible attitude and his pasta was spoiled one day and smelled ,the second day it hurt our stomach so we avoided his dishes for the rest of the stay

We stayed 7 days with my mom - it’s was exceptional, even better than I expected. Food quality is very good, staff is very attentive, especially animation team surprised with the vibe they share and such a great activities and atmosphere

We both like the architecture of the hotel, the well kept garden and the easy-going atmosphere around pools. We are swimming lovers and the Coral reef was great on both sides.. We could easily go every day out of the bay watched Area without problems. We also appreciated the daily variety of the fish in the buffets.

Quality of the cocktails is not the same everywhere in the bars. Some members of the international animation don't have enough sports skills and competences in what they do. Many times the beef meat was too hard and chewy.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sataya. Everything was perfect for us. All the members are helpful and polite. There is nothing that we can complain about. Plenty of delicious and tasty food; including seafood, Arabic, Italian & loads of yummy desserts.They offer a free dinner in the Italian restaurant and pizza in the sea front restaurant. Our room was spacious, cleaned, and very comfortable. We had much fun with the entertainment team, and really liked the Egyptian show in our last night. The structure is fantastic, especially for children. There is a dive shopping, where we could book our package, wirh a resonable price. The coral reef in front is awesome for snorkelling. We strongly recommend Sataya. Defo, we will be back.

Perfect Autumn Break

Sataya is a big resort, distances are very feasible from main building to the beach. Staff is extremely pleasant and the structure extremely curated. Gardens are amazing! Beach is good with lots beach umbrellas and sun beds. In this period we always found a place. Coral reef is good (not the best you can visit in the Red Sea) but is perfect for a walking distance snorkelling.

Food too much repetitive but it is ok for 1 week. I’d suggest to improve desserts.. almost all testing the same only colours was changing.

Enjoyable stay in Sataya paradise

We were impressed by the quality of the food - in particular, pizza restaurant, Italian restaurant, and daily freshly made pasta in the common restaurant. Also, the morning omelet was simple yet very tasty as well as seafood. Another big highlight is the animation team who made our stay unforgettable. There were always some activities like beach volleyball or aquaerobics for us to participate in. On top of that evening shows in the amphitheater were really impressive - much more professional than we expected and with a great variety of genres. the most impressive though was the Entertainment Manager (Mister Toto) who performed dangerous but spectacular tricks himself on multiple shows. Overall the personnel and other guests were very polite and friendly. Waiters were always helpful and attentive to our wishes. They even danced a traditional local dance with my partner on her birthday, which made us very happy at that moment.

There were some minor things that could be improved: it was clear that the shampoo dispenser was missing in the bathroom, also some tiles in the room were not properly attached to the floor.

A most enjoyable and relaxing week spent at Sataya

The staff were excellent. Very friendly, always smiling and always willing to help

The umbrella in front of our room was broken, as were a number of other umbrellas in front of the adjoining rooms. The resort needs a bit of TLC and money spent on repairs.

Superb resort, fantastic facilities, good food, very clean and very well maintained everywhere, excellent pools, lazy river great, superb snorkelling. The swim up room fantastic. Excellent resort!

Being picky - the slides and pool/beach bar closed quite early, would be good to stay open longer. Sun loungers hard to get unless get up early to reserve and not many rings for the lazy river

Avarage level but still good value for money.

The green areas, the size of the room and the cleaning, the beach, the Alpiclub staff (special greetings to Bea!!) Food is avarage but still there are a lot of options. We loved the flat bread, the veggies.

The third bed was really uncomfortable. The restaurant is so ugly without any style. A company cantine looks better. Very poor grout selection. No possibility to buy a good quality of alcoholic drinks. SPA very expensive. Diving pnd snorkeling trips pretty poor and expensive
